1. Webinar registration

Please provide accurate registration information and select your session. Access requires a compatible device and internet connection. You are responsible for internet or mobile-service charges. We may change, reschedule, or cancel a session and, when practical, notify registered participants using the contact information provided.

2. Educational information

Our webinars provide general educational information about business, income opportunities, and financial concepts. They do not provide individualized investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Participation does not establish an advisory or professional-client relationship. Consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions based on webinar content.

3. No guaranteed results

Billionaire Thoughts does not guarantee income, business growth, investment returns, financial security, or any other result. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors. Examples and personal experiences are illustrative and do not promise similar results.

4. Participation and materials

Please participate respectfully. Do not disrupt sessions, harass others, share unlawful material, or distribute another participant’s personal information. Materials are for personal educational use. Unless authorized by the rights holder or permitted by law, you may not record, reproduce, sell, or redistribute them. We may remove participants who materially disrupt a session.

5. Email communications

By registering, you request emails related to your selected webinar, including confirmation, access details, schedule changes, reminders, and related resources. Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing may prevent further webinar emails.

6. Optional SMS reminder program

Program name: Billionaire Thoughts Webinar Reminders.

If you separately opt in through the registration form, you authorize Billionaire Thoughts to send automated text reminders about your selected webinar to the mobile number you provide.

• Frequency: Up to three scheduled reminders per registered session, approximately 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before the webinar. Late registrants may receive fewer reminders. Opt-in, opt-out, or help responses may generate additional administrative messages.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Optional consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or webinar registration. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP or email [email protected].
• Delivery: Delivery and timing depend on your wireless provider and other technical factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Contact us if it changes or is no longer yours. Reminder consent does not authorize unrelated promotional texts.

7. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Notice for information about how personal information is handled. Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal information in chats or other areas visible to participants.

8. Third-party services

Registration, webinar delivery, and communications may use third-party services, including Zoom and GoHighLevel. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or control outages caused by third-party providers.

9. Separate offers and services

A webinar may discuss optional products, services, or business opportunities. Any purchase, enrollment, or professional engagement requires its own applicable disclosures and agreement. Webinar registration alone does not enroll you in those offers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to an existing registration or messaging program will be communicated when required by applicable law. Updates do not replace consent required for new message types or purposes.
